The event which has become a regular and popular Christmas event of the Bristol Shipping Calendar, commenced after a somewhat misty start with some 19 guns representing 5 teams entering the fray by competing over 6 separate stands.

Once again, the team from the Bristol Port Company retained the Turkey Shoot shield with one of their team Richard Furlong, as best shot of the day, also taking home the Christmas Turkey, to grace his Christmas Dinner Table.
